At Cosmic Design Studio, every item is created or carefully sourced with care and intention. If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Returns

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Once your return is approved, you will have 14 additional days to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Cosmic Design Studio cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during return.

Return Condition Requirements

Returned items must be sent back in the same condition they were delivered in, including:

unused and not showing signs of prolonged use
free from customer damage
not altered or modified
not used in ways that are unfit for purpose or against product guidance

Items that show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or use beyond normal inspection may not be eligible for a refund.

This helps ensure fairness and protects the quality of products for all customers.

Refund Process

Refunds are only processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

When we receive your return, we will:

Inspect the item to confirm its condition and the stated return reason.
Confirm eligibility for refund.
Process the refund to your original payment method.

If approved, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is:

damaged on arrival
not as described

If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

In these cases, Cosmic Design Studio will cover return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or product integrity reasons. These will be clearly stated in the product listing where applicable.
